FBA Subscribe & Save

Hello Sellers,

In the theme of reviewing and learning new things, I wanted to highlight one of our FBA Features some of you may be familiar with, some may not. This would be our FBA Subscribe and Save program! FBA Subscribe & Save lets Amazon customers and Amazon Business customers sign up for recurring, scheduled deliveries of products that they use frequently. Subscribers get a base discount on their deliveries, which is funded by you as the seller. Customers who receive five or more subscriptions in a delivery reach tiered status, unlocking additional savings on all products in their delivery.

For Sellers this can drive:

  • Recurring Revenue: Selling through Subscribe & Save generates reliable, recurring monthly revenue from customers. This makes it easier to forecast sales and manage inventory.
  • Customer Loyalty: By offering discounts and making reorder/replenishment automatic, it increases customer retention and brand loyalty over time. Sellers gain repeat customers.
  • Reduced Acquisition Costs: The automatic nature of Subscribe & Save subscriptions means you don't have to continually devote resources to actively acquiring each repeat customer, lowering customer acquisition costs over time.
  • Additional Data & Insights: Sellers gain useful sales data and insights into purchasing patterns that can be used for new product development, future discounts/offers, etc.

Happy to answer any questions on Subscribe and Save, Happy March!

Dominic

We have been trying to register our products with subscribe and save for months, but we always receive an error saying "Offer isn’t suitable for Subscribe & Save as it is not replenishable. The product must be replenishable at least every 6 months"

Our products are 90 day calendars, so, definitely replenishable AT LEAST every 6 months and many of our customers are repeat customers, purchasing every 2-3 months.

How do we get Amazon to recognize this as a replenishable product? We have filed SO many cases and spent SO many hours with Seller Support and the only response we receive are "you are not eligible because it's not replenishable."

I will note - our items meet all of the other requirements - great sellers with great sales history, inventory has always been available, winning the buybox, etc.

Can you offer any specific help to identify what the problem is and how we can fix it so that we can enroll our products?
