Hi, I'm a SFP Seller and I shipped some packages yesterday for Next Day Delivery. Due to the outage, some of our packages will be delayed. Will Amazon give us some leeway in regard to this situation? This is something that we cannot foresee and control. Unfortunately, there is no news from Amazon on what things to do with this situation. I put my account on vacation mode to be on the safe side. I hope someone gives us some information about this. This will mess up our metrics and it's causing us a lot of stress.

We asked our SAS AM the same thing, to see if she was able to get any word from the SFP Team.
I'm not expecting much. The "new and improved SFP" process seems to be the metrics are what they are, regardless of what else happens.
