Read onlyI've used MCF to fulfill some small quantity of orders from Etsy, Ebay and Shopify store. Recently, Amazon haven't shipped the orders on time (Latest delivery date passed, the orders still un shipped). We are facing bad review and claim from customer for late shipping. Create the case for help but Suppoter said :block your MCF orders from being delivered by Amazon Logistics, but we do not choose Amazon Logistics. Does anyone have the same issues? How to prevent this issues?
Hi @Seller_vn3RJOl4f0FiI, do you mind sharing the support case ID for me to look into to see what I can find?

I've been facing this issue as well. I've noticed that it's almost always on orders going to Puerto Rico, so I was working on not allowing these FBA items to sell in PR from my eBay store but as I was doing this I see there's one in my account right now that's going to California, so that theory isn't 100% correct (although this is the first continental 48 delay I've seen in my account).
I've tried opening tickets for this in the past and as ALWAYS with Amazon, it proved pointless, you just get a nonsensical canned replay. They say something to the effect of "the latest delivery date has not passed" however my eBay metrics require I get the product out within a certain tine frame so I get late shipment hits and angry customers when this happens.
Besides, what's the point of having a "latest ship date" if they don't hit this metric? They sure don't accept excuses when you don't hit your shipping metrics as a FBM seller. Why can they just neglect us on a SERVICE WE'RE PAYING FOR without providing a refund for the poor service?
I'm about to quit using MCF and just run separate inventories for my eBay fulfillment I guess.
