Read onlyI am writing to seek guidance regarding a serious issue with my seller account, which was previously managed by a third party.
Recently, I attempted to recover access to my account, but I was informed that it had been deactivated due to an alleged relationship with another seller account that I do not recognize. I have no knowledge of this other account, nor do I know who is managing it or what business activities are being conducted through it.
I have already submitted all the requested documentation to verify my identity and ownership of the original account. However, I am still being linked to this unfamiliar account, and I am deeply concerned that it could be operating under my name without my knowledge or consent.
I kindly ask for your assistance in guiding me through the appropriate steps to clarify this situation and protect my information. I am committed to complying with Amazon’s policies and want to ensure that my name is not being misused.
Any direction or support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Hello @Seller_Ct34CRHtkgghN
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent associated account that you have identified. I understand that you have been attempting to appeal this, but have been unsuccessful which has caused increasing frustration. I do want to offer guidance as I know this type of situation can be difficult to navigate.
You mention that the account had previously been managed by a third-party, have you verified whether or not the third-party also assisted the other account? If this previous account manager had access and was also assisting the other account, then there would be an association that exists between both accounts. To be able to move forward, our team will require a detailed explanation regarding the association and your account.
If this is the situation, then you are going to need to compile all information relating to the third-party that assisted in the management of the account. This should include any contract agreements or terminations, specific details on the information that was shared with them, and any other details you have that can show what type of relationship you had with the third-party provider.
Our team will expect a very thorough explanation that includes a timeline of when this other party provided services to you. If they are unable to verify the information or identify any discrepancies, they will be obligated to reject your submission. I will not be able to guarantee any kind of favorable outcome if they remain unable to accept your submission.
I do encourage you to continue to share any information or details you have regarding this situation so I may continue to offer support.
Best,
Atlas
