We have a case that buyer opened the return replacement request on 3/4/2024, original order number 112-0334519-2892272.
Amazon sent us the replacement order 113-8038457-1125863 and we shipped it on 3/5/2024.
Until now, the buyer did not return the original item back to us.The prepaid return label shows "Label Created".
According to Amazon, "if the buyer fails to return the original item within 30 days of the replacement order being shipped, you may be eligible for an automatic reimbursement."
But we did not receive the reimbursement.
When we contacted the seller support, they told us to message buyer to return the original item. The case ID is 15084216131.
We need help from Mods please.

Tatiana from Amazon here! I've just come across your thread and looked through each of the orders as well as the case ID you provided (thank for providing such a clear summary as well).
I've escalated the case and the order issues and requesting a deeper investigation into the orders and the matter of a reimbursement. I cannot guarantee a reimbursement or any changes in resolution, but will keep you updated on how things progress.
