Listing suddenly moved to "Prioritized for COVID-19"

We have a listing that was recently moved to "Prioritized for organizations on the front lines responding to COVID-19" and as such it is no longer selling. Is there any way around this? It isn't even an item directly related to infectious diseases. It is more geared towards laborers in the painting industry.
