Hi everyone,
I have two shipments that were sent to Amazon almost a month ago, but they still haven't been received. The fulfillment centers these were sent to are IAH3 and WBW2.
Tracking shows that they were delivered, but there has been check-in but no movement on Amazon's end. I've tried reaching out through normal support channels but haven't gotten any clear resolution.
Has anyone else experienced delays at these FCs recently? If an Amazon rep is here, could someone please look into this? These delays are causing major inventory issues.

DW They'll still smack you with low inventory fees and say you should have planned better

I have the same issue at RFD2. 2 months now since delivery.
we had several packages to both of these centers be delivered but never checked in or counted either.. Amazon just paid us out for every unit a few days ago.. took a few cases to get resolved.
On your "Shipments" page, click the "Contents" tab. This will tell you when the shipment is eligible for investigation. Until then, you just need to wait. The day after the eligible date the shipment closes with "Units Expected" which is quantity we shipped and "Units Received zero" as if we sent them an empty box. Once it is closed at zero received, we request an investigation and submit invoices.
