suspected intellectual property violation

hi seller

2 days back i report a hijacker who listed my product on my listing on low price and i have pending trademark that's why report him through the amazon buyer account and today i received a email of suspected intellectual property violation of trademark misuse and i have rights of trademark and my trademark is pending so please help me how can i remove that allegation
