Hi Greetings.

i have received some Intellectual Property Complaints because i have some Trademark name in my listing details page.

on my notification i have to take step

(1) to remove the trademark name from my details.

(2) Delete my listing

i delete my listing because is this Peak time for sale and due to this reason my sale get effected but after delete this all listing still i have notification on my account. this listing 2 years old and someone just register the trademark and he process the complain. please help because i did not see any step for remove the all compliance. i dont have any listing with this ASIN in my seller account

Deleting the listing does not remove the violation. It will remain on your account for 6 months (I believe)

If within those 6 months they find another IP violation your account will likely be suspended, often permanently.

Not deleting it OR fixing the listing would have gotten you deactivated faster.

I understand that you received complaints regarding a trademark on the product detail page which has caused some confusion and concerns with the sale of your products. If the trademark that is being reported is found on the detail page or product, then there will be concerns of infringement that our team will request action for.

If the issue is due to the trademark being in the detail page, then you should have the option to remove it. However, this will not be considered a valid action if the trademark can be found on the product itself. If the trademark is listed on the product, then you will only have the option to dispute the concern or get a retraction from the rights owner.

If you remain unable to take action on the violation, it will remain on the account health page for 180 days. After that, the violation will fall off the dashboard, and the listing will remain restricted. The only way to move forward on selling that specific listing would be to take the previously requested actions.
