Unable to verify ID

I am suck in a loop of trying to re-activate my account. It tells me I need to verify my ID but it is not giving me the option to do so anywhere. I have looked at other forum posts and it seems that someone from support usually comes in an fixes this for them. I've tried various things like logging in in incognito mode but nothing.

Is there someone who can assist me?

Have you looked in the Account Info section? In the past there would sometimes be a link there, but they've changed the GUI, so I'm not sure it still happens.

Otherwise the mods need a Case ID or screenshot

As @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV has said, for me to be able to do a deeper dive, I would need a case ID. With this information, and help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.

If you follow his guidance, and access the Account Info area, you may be able to resolve these issues.

On the top right corner of your Seller Central:

  • Click on the Settings Wheel
  • Then Click Account Info
  • Please review and make sure all the information in these areas is correct and complete:

This includes Payment Info - Business Info and Tax Info

Once that is complete, if you are still experiencing problems, please reach back out and provide a Case ID.

Please review Seller University. It will be time well spent and allow for a more successful experience.
