Not receiving some of Amazon.ca email notifications

Anyone else not receiving these emails from Amazon.ca?

1) Merchant Order Notifications (Sold, Ship Now) --> started from today June 5

2) Chargeback --> since more than a year ago

"Greetings from Amazon Payments,

We are writing to let you know that the credit card issuer has contacted us on behalf of the purchaser of the below transaction because ...."

was supposed to be this type of email content.

Created seller support ID 15084612571, case was Transferred two months ago, but still nothing changed, no update.

Only saw there were chargeback claims suddenly become "You are responsible for this chargeback, and you funded the buyer reimbursement." when it has been status originally = "You are not responsible for this chargeback or its reimbursement." for more than half month + did NOT request for our additional representation.

We only worried there maybe chargeback emails which asked for our respond, so when we did not respond, Amazon just issue the refund.

Checked account settings, remain unchanged for years when email address was set properly.

All other types of Amazon.ca emails received without issue (buyer messages, return request, A-to-Z). Just those two types mentioned above were missing.

Amazon mods, please assist.

I had an order in my account that I did not receive the Sold,Ship Now email for. Checked junk folder, etc., no email. I only had one order, so hard to tell if it will happen again.

I am having this issue, not receiving emails from amazon.ca

Please help as I can not check my earnings or calculate my profit,

is there any other way to check earnings ?
