My question is: Why should the buyer pay the price adjustment?
It is a bail and switch fraud. The buyer should only pay the price Amazon advertises when he purchases the shipping label if he enters the correct numbers of the dimensions of the package. If the price via Amazon Buy Shipping is less than the carrier charges for the package, then it is Amazon's error or Amazon's false advertising and Amazon should cover the difference.

If we use your shipping service, will your truck pick up?
If I buy overnight shipping to deliver on Saturday and UPS or FedEx does not deliver until Monday, can I get an adjustment for late delivery?
Suggestion only: I use your service; it's pretty well organized. But during the process when the dozen orders are selection, two suggestions:
1. enter the value of the order in the declared value; or offer a default to do so
2. if the order has paid for expedited shipping, ie, added $6 in postage, you should provide a default setting for this. For example, I always ship this in a USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelope instead of Ground Advantage.
The advertisement claims we can get Safe-T Claim refunds if we have shipped using Amazon Buy Shipping. I have been using Buy Shipping for 2 years now, and I have tried on multiple occasions to get Safe-T Claim refunds for "Items not received." These claims are always denied by the Safe-T Claim team. Why??? Is it because CSBA has issued the refund on my behalf? Or how do I need to submit the claim so that it will be accepted?
Pretty sure those are only available with your own Fedex account and you have to have one rate enabled with your Fedex account rep.

In the current scenario the weight and dimensions need to be an exact match to the ship method requirements. If there are any discrepencies, the ship method will likely not show up as an option on Amazon Buy Shipping.

what to do when UPS makes incorrect shipping label adjustments and your package went from 6lbs to 60lbs because someone had fat fingers at UPS and AMAZON AND UPS refuse to help stating to call the other. How do I get my money back???? This has happened to me 2x and I’m out hundreds and disputes get me nowhere!
We recently received an email from Amazon stating that UPS is now available for international orders via Amazon Buy Shipping. We have our UPS account integrated and use it for domestic labels, but we still do NOT see the UPS international shipping options for international orders. We still only see DHL as an option for all our international orders.
How do we enable the UPS option in "Buy Shipping" for international orders?

Feature Request: If I connect my own UPS account number, can you make it possible to compare rates between shipping with my UPS account vs Amazon’s UPS account. Currently once a UPS account is connected then only rates from the newly connected UPS account are shown.
This would be helpful because sometimes Amazon’s UPS account provides better rates than my own account. However sometimes my account is less.
1. Is Amazon BuyShipping Available to ship within Canada? to Canadian Fulfillment centers?
2. How do we resolve instances where a carrier has picked up the packages from our warehouse but tracking shows no movement?
