New listing not appearing in my inventory

I created a new listing and it isn't showing in my inventory.

I decided I'd create it again but when I searched on the site I can actually see the listing for sale, it's just not showing in my inventory.

Has anyone come across this before?

There are currently at least three threads reporting this particular problem - havent seen a solution yet.
