I Am facing an issue which I cannot upgrade my account to a professional account. I downgraded originally when I didn’t know how to use Amazon and did not want to spend money until I learned the platform. Now my account has a glitch on it and I cannot upgrade. Agents have not been helpful at all and say the same thing every time I call , it’s now going on 1 month. Any help or advice?
