Read onlySubject: Account Deactivation Without Clear Explanation - Need Assistance
Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to seek advice or help regarding a situation I’ve been dealing with for quite some time now. My Amazon seller account has been deactivated due to alleged violations of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Despite my best efforts, I have not received a clear explanation or any specific reason for the deactivation.
Over the past few months, I’ve submitted all the required documents (including business licenses, utility bills, bank statements, etc.), and I’ve complied with every aspect of Amazon's policies. However, I keep receiving the same generic response from Amazon, telling me to provide proof that I didn’t violate any policies, but without specifying what exactly the violation was. I haven't even received a warning or any clear indication of what caused the suspension.
I believe the issue might be related to logging in from different IP addresses, as I travel and work from multiple locations, but this is just speculation as I haven't been given any definitive answers.
Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, or does anyone have advice on how to escalate this issue? I’m extremely frustrated as I’ve always operated with transparency and integrity. Any assistance or suggestions on how to move forward would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.
Post your original deactivation notice.
Hello @Seller_NYIETGphQAJMm,
When Amazon cannot verify your information, and the investigation concludes that reactivation is not possible due to suspected, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, it means the investigation is complete and only new documents may be reviewed from now on.
If you believe your account was deactivated in error, you have the option to submit a new appeal. When doing so, please avoid sending any previously rejected documents, as these will most likely be denied. Ensure that your new appeal includes fresh and accurate information to support your case.
Please visit the pages Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and Selling policies and seller code of conduct for more information.
Wish you all the best,
-Roxy
