my account was deactivated under section 3 i open my account at my friend laptop who also doing amazon now my and my friend account was deactivated amazon also not responding to our mails my europe account was also deactivated because of usa pls any one tell me this type of account will reistated again or not iam trying from last 4 months tried everything every appeal

Sharing a computer has linked your accounts; you would have a hard time proving otherwise (even if you no longer even know this person).

Your only real hope is to get the friend's account reactivated; since any accounts that are deactivated will result in all linked accounts also being deactivated.

This would mean their account will first need to be reinstated due to the lack of required documentation needed to show proof of separation.

See these situations come with two paths for reactivation. Documentation such as contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale to help confirm the situation but verify a separation from the connected party.

The other options is as suggested is the reactivation of the associated store. This is for when you own the other account, supporting documentation does not exist or does not meet our requirements to be accepted.

I do also see you posted about another serious situation a month ago, was this related to this situation since you said you have been trying to appeal this issue for several months? Was that why your friend was deactivated?

Yes, this is the same issue.

my account was deactivated because of fraudent and ilegal activity but i dont do anything i dont even have any sales and the seller support also not responding what i need to no what i write in appeal and what document is required for this iam a new seller kindly any one who is expert help me

As you mentioned in your other thread, this was the situation. If the other account was deactivated with this notification I would need to understand what the original deactivation notice stated. Were we trying to verify your identity? Was this a concern with identity and verifying your inventory?

What information have you provided to address that situation? Do you have valid invoices that meet our requirements listed in our responsible sourcing help page? If you were listing someone else's brand do you have a letter of authorization approving you as a distributor? Have you provided a utility bill and a government issued ID?

As noted you will need to ensure this other account has been reinstated prior to your account is eligible for reactivation.

i have given access to my friend to assist me with something he’s also a seller, and he had logged in his account in his laptop in the same time my account in his laptop and Amazon deactivated my account
