Hello,
I received a Suspected IP Violation 6 months (180 days ago). I'm in process of working with the rights owner, but it has been 6 months of process already . My policy violation has just been removed from my Account Health since it hit the 180-day mark. Therefore, there is no longer an appeal button. The listing is still in "Detail Page Removed" status.
How could I go about appealing this so I can reinstate the listing once I'm ready? Can the rights owner still retract the IP claim to reinstate the listing, even if the policy violation is no longer there?
Hello @Seller_NWdjZ79F13dAn
This is Saeid from Amazon to help you with your concerns.
I understand you received an IP complaint; six months have passed, so the violation is not present in the account; therefore, you no longer have the option of appealing and reactivating this listing. Additionally, I understand that you are working with the brand owner, and you want to know what the appeal process will be once you have the relevant documents.
To reactivate your listing you will need to create a case to Seller Partner support. You can get support within Seller Central through Contact Us. From here, select the option: Listing not buyable and continue imputing the required information.
In this case, the retraction will not be an option to reinstate the listing. However, the Right Owner can provide you with a listing agreement or Letter of Authorization. Then you will need to provide this documents on the case for review.
If you would also like to provide further insight into the specific issue you are having with your account, the Forums community and I will gladly assist to the best of our ability.
Regards,
Saeid.
