Help needed - Dangerous goods review

Hi,

I have submitted exemption sheet for products with battery for dangerous goods review for asin B0DRFH5DRR multiple times but the same has always been rejected with the reasoning being given as below

"This ASIN contains multiple products. One or more of them might be a chemical-based product that may be regulated as a dangerous good. If so, a valid SDS is required. An exemption sheet will not be accepted."

I'm not selling any oils or chemicals with this product so not clear on reason of rejection. the product went into dangerous goods review after the inventory was already in flight to FC and now the inventory is sitting idle for more than a month. I have another color of the product which has been approved and is already been selling so unsure what is the issue.

@Jameson_Amazon - can you pls look into this and help guide.

Good Evening @Seller_6H7WYKuWL0OLI,

Apologies for the delayed response. I took a look at CASE ID ending in 2831 and it appears the partner team is requiring the proper safety data sheet (SDS) or, for battery products and cosmetics, Amazon exemption sheet has been provided for each affected product.

Have you submitted that information by chance?

I did not see it attached to the CASE ID. If there is a different case ID where you are appealing the dangerous goods flag, please share it with me when you have a chance.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Have a good night.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_6H7WYKuWL0OLI,

The ASINs mentioned on CASE ID open ending 4251 have been classified as dangerous good (hazmat) with lithium ion batteries contained in their equipment. The units appear to have been received in.

Please check this status on your end to confirm and let us know if you need anything else.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
