Could someone please clarify the following points regarding the new policy for skin lightening products:
1. We have several ASINs that have been removed from the platform due to product compliance for skin lightening. Can someone please check why Amazon is removing these listings despite being given a due date until next year to complete the lab tests?

Can you post the related ASINs and or cases for this concern? This will allow me to see if there are any listing details that do not meet our skin lightning product policy. Although you were provided a date next year to submit compliance documentation, if we feel the product may not comply or is potentially dangerous, the ASIN will be deactivated until compliance can be confirmed.

Due to the nature of the product and the lack of any submitted or provided documentation to validate the products compliance, they were removed. These listings will remain deactivated until all required documentation listed in our skin lightning product policy is provided and approved. You will need to provide these documents under the manage your compliance section for each of the mentioned ASIN.
Please be aware there have been reported delays with compliance policy reviews, so there may be some delay in the review process. If you provide your documents and the review does exceed 14 days, you are welcome to post your case ID and related ASIN of concern so we can work with the appropriate teams to ensure it's being reviewed.
