Search Suppressed due to Unit Count and Unit Count Type and Key Words don't work
I have one item search suppressed. Amazon system won't let me put 1 unit count, count unit count type. It makes me put ounce. Also, I have two items where the key words do not work. I am unable to pull up either item using any of the key words. I've had my account for 2 months and no one is able to see them on Amazon. It's been one issue after another. Also, I'm unable to update the bullets. I've opened soooo many cases and I get generic answers but no real help. Please Amazon, can you help? Case 15044756141.

For some products and categorize such as Grocery Amazon requires that you provide specific information to give customers a sense of scale and size. You can learn more about these requirements in the Conditional Unit Count based on Item Form, Normalized Value of Size, Item Form, Number of Items and Net Content details help page.
I would recommend that you update your detail page with information that informs buyers how much product is contained within your 1 count unit. If you have further issues or specific challenges please reach out to me here. Thank you for your understanding.
