Restricted Product Violations Issue

Hi All,

I recieved a slew of restricted products violations based on a feed issue I was having with a supplier. I though that I solved the issue and removed the listings, but they crept back in. Amazon has assessed them as high impacting violations. I called into seller support and they said I needed to write a summary of what caused the issue and what steps I had taken to resolve it. They also stated that I should delete the listings. I did all of that and submitted an appeal. They keep denying the appeal saying that just deleting the listings is not good enough, but I have completely severed the relationship with the provider that was supplying the products. How do I get these violations removed and get my account back to healthy. I keep getting different stories from seller support.

I can see from the ASIN provided that this is associated with our explosives, weapons and related items policy. Typically when there are serious concerns with this policy it will result in the deactivation of your account, has your account been deactivated?

These issues can only be disputed with proper documentation that validates they did not violate our policy. If the account was deactivated these documents will be required for reactivation. With that being said, a plan of action will not be accepted in these situations. Do you have any supporting documents that verifies these listings compliance? If we cannot verify compliance we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
