ASIN got flagged for some "noxious weed" regional OR State removal of listings. The ASIN was for a D&D gaming miniature for gaming / collecting. We appealed with explanation. Again, this is a listing for a miniature figure for a role playing game. Here is the response.

Hey there @Seller_SNSeO3kgywz44,
I'm so sorry you have had this issue with your ASIN. Do you have your most recent appeal case ID that I can review? I will attempt to escalate and resolve this issue from my end. Thank you for your understanding.

@Seller_SNSeO3kgywz44,
The issue in that listing is the word woad.
Woad (in addition to being a word used in a game) is a noxious weed that can be used to make blue dye.
@Glenn_Amazon The bigger issue is that Amazon's take down bot is so stupidly simple that it is only looking for the word woad and not the context of the use.
That item is a PLASTIC TOY FIGURINE. If the Amazon bot was coded better the listing wouldn't get taken down for just using the word woad. It would not match the Boolean of "woad" and "plant" because it is "woad" and "figurine"
The goal should not be to "appeal the issue" but to acknowledge the deficiency and write better code, Amazon.
