Help! Shipment was delivered, Never checked in, and closed with zero units received.

Hi! Could anyone please help me reimburse the lost inbound shipment that was delivered, never checked in, and closed with 0 units received?

My shipment ( 5 boxes/99 units) was delivered on March 16 at CLT2 - Charlotte, NC. It had been sitting there with the status "Delivered" for three months. The investigation date kept moving and after three months, It was closed with zero items received. Now each unit has a status- "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed". So, I cannot submit a case through the Contents Tab to research missing units because the investigation is completed. Instead, I created Case# 15288102381 through a Help desk to investigate lost inbound items where I provided proof of Delivery and ownership.

There are already 6 days and no reply from Seller Support. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Did you get lucky to be reimbursed for your lost inbound order that was delivered and closed after 90m days with zero units received?
