Over $38k Vanished From Amazon! No Reply From Seller Support
We were suspended in July of 2019 and as such our balance was held. At the beginning of our suspension, our balance was $59,658.45. Over the next few months of our suspension, due to returns our balance ended up at 38,741.19.
This is where our balance sat and stayed during our whole suspension, however in March of 2020, Amazon seemingly stole our funds, with a random charge off under "expenses" wiping out our whole reserve balance

Fast forward to today, our account is unsuspended and re-activated, but we still have not received the large amount of money that amazon made vanish into thin air. We have had a seller support case open for 3 weeks with no reply, as clearly they are stumped and have no idea what happened. Case - 16574982641
Hoping that the wonder agents here in the forum can get the ball rolling here and get our funds back that our owed to us. @Roxy_Amazon
