I have opened a case a numerous of times with Seller Support, they are not looking at the screenshots that prove this item has vanished, was removed from my Inventory, not in my Reserve inventory, no Reimbursement, no history of a order once returned, I see a wire Transfer was done over a month ago as it was a Customer Return from 4-10th someone attempted to purchase the item 4/25th and the order was cancelled, on 5/25 they were pulled and went Inactive. Case # 15340523821 every person I speak with can clearly see there is a issue, and confirm it with me, because I ask them, as I am confused why this internal team can't see it. but it must be sent over to a email only, Internal team that doesn't understand and I don't understand why?? This is happening more and more and I have no choice but to try to get help on Seller forums. Thank you so much
