Danny, hoping you can help as the seller, WIZKISTORE, who is hijacking listings, was previously identified as violating variations on listings(and you responded in the forum), and is currently doing the same for their "anti-barking devices for dogs" on our well established listings for plush pacifiers.
We have executed cases through all the possible modules of Seller Central, Brand Registry (we have been Brand Registered on Amazon for close to 14 years) and Report Abuse. Unfortunately, every option we have tried to get a resolution on has resulted in run around cut and paste NON-answers from Amazon, even when we have requested the cases be elevated to managers. List of case numbers and report abuse complaint IDs below. Cases are being closed with no resolution and we have to keep opening new cases.
This is causing consumer confusion and outright deception on our ASINs (identified in cases) by WIZKISTORE. PLEASE resolve this as we are really questioning the value of being a Brand Manager on Amazon when Amazon doesn't even protect brands from this nonsense.

We now have 5 ASINs affected by this hijacker (who based on a search of this forum, has done this before and is allowed to hijack again with the same product?).
We have utilized Brand Registry (yes, we have been the brand manager for close to 14 years), Seller Support and Report Abuse. All of these venues respond with a cut and paste non-answer pointing the finger to use the other Amazon "support". We have exhausted all options of Amazon support...providing screen shots of the hijackings.
PLEASE provide us with a resolution as this hijacking seller (who obviously does not respect or comply with Amazon policy) of anti-barking devices for dogs is hijacking our well established baby PACIFIER listings...we are the compliant Brand Manager that respects and complies with Amazon Policy and yet we can't get effective help from any Amazon venue.
