Got this email from Amazon that says:
Due to pick up restrictions of carriers, Dec 24th 2018 will be a shipping holiday. Shipments that would normally have an expected ship date of Dec 24th, will now have an expected ship date of Dec 26th (due to the Dec 25th carrier holiday).
We didn’t receive this, and there is no notification in Seller Central. Did anyone else get this email?
Just now (like 5 minutes after @AV_Toy_Store):
Dear Seller,

I hope they tell everyone that and not just SFP sellers. All this is great to know though because I was going to change our handling time and that’s ALWAYS a frick’n nightmare.
We still haven’t received any notification to this effect from Amazon. I would love to be able to plan accordingly; is it officially listed somewhere that we don’t have to ship on Christmas Eve?
@total.sports.llc, @J_H_Discount_Sales, @We_Sell_Stuff –
Are y’all primarily FBM? If not, I don’t know whether this applies to FBA. Just trying to figure out why you haven’t received the email (yet?).
Although we got the email to indicate Amazon will honor Christmas Eve as a shipping holiday, below is some information for those who will ship on that day.
USPS - closing early (check your local PO). Last drop off will be noon for drop boxes.
UPS - delivery service available. No pick ups unless its air or prearranged.
FedEX - Early station, on-call pickups and drop box closings in some areas. (All FedEx Office locations will close by 6 pm)
