I am unable to access my seller central ads account for more than a week. Despite raising ticket on Amazon, I have not received any response till date to get this issue fixed. When I go to Advertising > campaign manager , it shows page isn't working - redirected too many times, I cleared all cookies, changed internet connection, browser everything, still no hope.I would appreciate any urgent assistance in resolving this issue and regaining access to my campaigns. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error page for your reference. My Case ID:10910374602. Additionally when i created my seller account my entity id was different which i am unable to access now. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it immediately.
