Buyer requested removal of an A-Z for a book that was reported lost enroute by post office. The claim was removed for one day but I was simultaneously appealing it. The A-Z Team then replaced the A-Z after 1 day writing back to me to explain that they were denying my appeal; they were also denying the Buyers request for removal. The Buyer has received a replacement for free plus a refund and upon. The buyer reached out to thank me for replacement book that he requested I send and upon learning the Claim had been reinstated called in AGAIN a second time requesting removal. The A-z Team has not done what the Buyer requested and it has been 5 days. I am waiting to hear back from them and have been told that they will reach out when they get to my Case. Did not think they would go against the Buyers request and am not confident that they are going to get in touch after 5 days.

Amazon has opened an A-Z claim, the buyer did not contact us. He placed an order and after 5 days he directly opened A-Z claim and he didn't even send the product back. The buyer opened a return request and it was approved and he was issued a return address label.

The Amazon has granted the claim in favour of buyer and counted the ODR against our metrics. How is this even fair? Amazon has clearly mentioned its policy that buyer and seller must contact each other before opening any A-Z claim. Amazon is not even following its own policies?

The buyer has kept the product and the product is more than $150, the buyer did not send the product and Amazon has given the buyer a full refund and our metrics are hurt as well.

How is that even fair to sellers? Why Amazon is not following their own policies? We want justice as this month every day the claim is being opened without seller and buyer contact and in few cases Amazon has issued buyer full refunds without any return request or even claims.

We are not able to file any SAFE-T Claim either, what the hell is going on?

Buyer opened a "Return for Replacement" request which automatically generated a free replacement order through Amazon's return system. The replacement shipped out and was delivered. 2 weeks later the buyer opens a A to Z saying they "returned the order and still hadn't received their refund". I showed that the buyer had already received their replacement order, but Amazon still granted the refund and counted it against our ODR. Appeals have been denied saying the "Order was returned and should have been refunded".
