When the return status is:
Auto-authorized
Prior refund: Pending
Does this mean that the customer has already returned the package to the carrier?! As soon as the product arrives to me, and everything is in order, I click on "ISSUE REFUND" and the buyer will receive the refund?
It means it was RFS (refund at first scan) and it's already been refunded because it was scanned on its way back to you.
