HELP TRO has been settled but funds still frozen
Hello, can any moderator help
1 ) I received TRO 2 months ago; it took me a while to figure out what happened.
Case No.: 24-cv-02528
2) I have signed the settlement agreement with the right owner's lawyer.
3) The plaintiff's law firm withdrew the lawsuit and followed up with Amazon with a fund transfer and opening up of the account.
4) It has been three weeks since the settlement, and my funds are still frozen.
I wrote to Seller Support and am still awaiting a response.
I would appreciate it if any moderator could help here. I am unable to continue the business on Amazon with funds being held for two months and on.

I understand you have worked with a rights owner to settle an issue of infringement outside of Amazon.
You will need to wait for the appropriate teams to receive and process that information as well as take the appropriate action on your account.
