I hope you're all doing well. I’m reaching out to this forum in the hope that someone who has faced a similar issue can guide me through resolving a significant problem with my Amazon seller accounts.
The Issue:
I originally created an account (Money Enterprises India) in 2022 using GST: 09ACPPW8271N1ZC.
Amazon required seller identity verification for this account.
I tried to complete the video verification process several times, but every attempt resulted in an “internal error” message. Despite multiple retries, I was unable to complete the process, and the account was deactivated.
In 2024, I created a new GST (07ACPPW8271N1ZG) from a different state and opened a new seller account (Money Overseas).
After three months of selling, Amazon deactivated the new account, stating it was linked to my old account.
To reactivate the new account, Amazon requires me to reactivate the old account. However, the old account remains unverified due to the same "internal error" issue I encountered earlier.
What I’ve Tried:
I have reached out to Amazon Seller Support multiple times, explaining that the old GST is now cancelled, and we no longer wish to use the old account.
I requested them to separate the two accounts or verify my new account independently.
