I have gone ahead and escalated 10 out of the 11 cases to the Compliance team to see if they are able to expedite the review of your documents. Apologies that you have encountered this delay.
Regarding CASE ID 15961392931, it appears on December 12, 2024 the Compliance team replied to your document submission saying:
"Please submit a test report confirming that your product was successfully tested to mechanical/physical standards listed below by an accredited laboratory:
- A test report confirming that your product was successfully tested to the standards listed below by a CPSC- approved laboratory: i) ASTM F963-17"
When you submit that testing information into the Manage Your Compliance page of Seller Central, it will trigger CASE ID 15961392931 to reopen and the Compliance Team will then evaluate your documents against your ASIN to see if it can be reinstated and pass compliance. Until that information is submitted, we cannot move forward with the reinstatement of the ASIN mentioned on CASE ID 15961392931.
I will continue to keep you informed regarding your other 10 ASINs as the documents get reviewed. You will also be notified with updates too. Until then, have a good night.
