Soiled child thrown out with her tub?
Sincerely asking for help:
Early one morning, I opened my Amazon account, which I've been running for 5 years, and found the following words:
"Violation of product detail page rules (inaccurate information on product detail page)
March 4, 2025"
My store has been shut down as a result. I tried to re-edit it, but the page tells me the following two paragraphs:
"This product has been deleted"
"Our records show that you do not have permission to use this feature"
So, in Chinese it's called "throw the bath tub away with the dirty babies", and now that a month has passed, "the bath tub and the dirty babies have been thrown away together". The allegedly faulty product has been taken off the shelves and eliminated, Amazon has destroyed it, and I totally agree that it should be destroyed and the product dropped from this point on.This product represents only one percent of the store's other products.
ASK THE AMAZON TEAM: When will my store be back up? A large amount of goods are currently piling up in the Amazon warehouse. Please advise us, thank you!
