Hi everyone, this is not a message to introduce or promote my store products, but I am looking forward to hearing everyone's sharing.
Specifically, I have a facility that produces handmade velvet zinc flowers, I want to sell this product on Amazon and I want to listen to your advice about this product. Because it is a handmade product that can be designed on demand, FBA is almost impossible, but if I use FBM, do I have a chance to win?
Please help me
"but if I use FBM, do I have a chance to win?"
On the plus side, you are at least asking before jumping in the river! There are thousands of sellers (mostly FORMER sellers) that didn't ask any questions before starting here.
If you click at the top on the "Groups" tab you will find the 'Handmade" group. You can read posts there but won't be able to comment without being granted permission.
Handmade seems to be experiencing the same issues that other seller are on Amazon. Their manglement keeps screwing with categories and search terms and NONE of it helps any potential buyers find the products from the sounds.
Have you looked to see how many similar products are on here already? How many competing sellers will you have? Be aware that once you start, unless you take steps to protect the designs, you will be inundated with 'offshore' knockoff products made in mass production factories for less than you can make the items.
Have you done any test selling on OTHER platforms to see if there is any demand? Have you studied price elasticity to see what you should price things at to draw business and still be able to make a profit?
AND, spend hours/days/weeks studying Seller U and reading the Forum to see all the really creative ways that sellers (both new and experienced) find to get suspended!

I don't know enough about the rules for Handmade to know if this would qualify.
If you want to sell as Handmade, you would have to apply to that program.
Hello @Seller_LzBovsWbNY50M- and thank you for checking in with us here on the seller forums!
I can provide some generalized guidance and resources on the Handmade program, which I hope helps you make this decision!
Amazon Handmade requires a Professional selling account which costs $39.99/month, however this monthly fee will be waived for approved applications for the first month.
You will also want to look through the Category listing policies & requirements for Handmade items to understand if your account and item would meet the eligibility requirements, and how to adjust listing details accordingly.
Finally, here is the overall help page on Amazon Handmade which walks through the entire process, but please let me know if you have any questions should you look to apply!
Thanks again,
Danny
