Hi All,
I have been the latest victim of “keyword sabotage”.
Someone created a listing in UK MP with my ASIN using all prohibited keywords ( jimson weed, kanna etc.) - Amazon suspended my listing.
I have opened almost 8-9 cases in past 3 days - yet the issue is NOT resolved.
Has anyone figured out a solution ??
If yes - Please share .
Hi, same here. Experiencing this exact issue and until now, it has not been resolved.
I have repeatedly updated listing via feed file as advised by Seller Support but it still doesn’t remove violating keywords.
I also don’t have an account in Amazon UK.
check this thread, it has lots of info about this
We are having the same issue seller support doesn’t understand the issue and when we finally found someone that did they told us the only way to fix it was through opening a UK account ourselves which is completely ridiculous. Why is it so hard for amazon to fix these issues when it is blatant that it was an attack.
Just to share, I was finally able to resolve it by registering at the UK marketplace and coordinating with their seller support over there. Make sure you get your ASIN “tombstoned” in marketplaces you do not have plans in selling in the future. This is so that no one else can use the same ASIN in other venues. After that, I showed US seller support screenshots of my ASIN being “tombstoned” in the UK and finally, got reinstated a few hours ago.
I hope this solution will work for you. It worked for me (for now).
