Estimated Delivery Times Completely Wrong

I just had to pause thousands of dollars in ad spend a day because my shipping times show delivery in 2-3 weeks which doesn't make any sense. We offer 1-day, 2-day and 3 to 5 day free shipping. This is clearly a bug but my sales have drastically dropped so had to pause ALL ad spend.

Any ideas how to fix this?! We've tried everything! We are merchant fulfilled as it's personalized products!

"Estimated Delivery Times Completely Wrong"

This has been an ongoing issue with Amazon for YEARS. I tried their automated service for a few weeks maybe 6 months ago and the delivery estimates got WORSE!

I am now delaying shipping until the last possible day so that my "GAP" does not go above the magic "2" so that they force me into using all their faulty information/services.

I have succeeded in getting my 'gap' to ZERO and my shipments are STILL arriving over 5 days BEFORE the estimates from Amazon.

I firmly believe that Amazon pads those estimates so that THEY get more orders for themselves and keeps orders from flowing to third party sellers.

Hello @Seller_Zc03MQK22D7jf Thanks for checking in with the forums about your estimated delivery times.

If you are sure that your handling and transit times are accurate for the ASINs in question, you may be seeing promise extensions for your orders and offers,

Promise extensions are additional days that we may add to the delivery date to account for logistical factors that may delay a delivery such as extreme weather, transportation network constraints, or recent history of a seller delivering shipments after their set delivery date.

If you have opened a support case about this issue, please share the Case ID so I can confirm whether promise extensions are being accurately applied to your orders and offers.

Seeing similar here.. Seems like zip codes from zones 5 to 8 are extremely padded.

As of today, ship date of 11/22 is showing as late as 12/4 delivery to the west coast. Some midwest states are showing a 12/2 delivery estimate, when in reality it'll be there either Monday or Tuesday if shipped Friday..

I can understand carrier volume, etc., but this seems like it's padded way too much. AHT & SSA enabled only for the INR protections..
