Hi
I submitted my brand registry application. I have closed the case but the application status shows it's still pending. It won't let me resubmit my application. How do I get the old application fully closed so I can resubmit it?

Typically when sellers submit an appeal case, the Brand Registry will list reasons to why the appeal was declined. They will typically not pinpoint the exact reason of decline to ensure abuse prevention processes remain secure.
In order to move forward, I will need to submit a re-review of your case to the brand team as it seems to have mainly been declined due to business verification issues.
I will submit your case for a re-review, and this will take roughly 5-10 business days. Once I have updates I will let you know here.
Just as a heads up, please do not close future brand registry cases as closing a case does not let you "restart" the process or close the current case. Typically it causes the application to become stuck in pending mode and causes other complications. For Brand Registry cases please wait until cases resolve organically.
