My account got de activated under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (authenticity of the item). Can any one help me devise an action plan as I called amazon support but all they said was write an action plan but there was no assistance how to write what so ever.

You should post your deactivation notice. Do you have valid invoices? A POA is not a cookie cutter response to any and all issues. It should be relevant and personal to the issue your account is facing.
There is only ONE way to fight IP violation claims and have your account restored and that is to PROOF your items are authentic, meaning you purchased them from a BRAND APPROVED WHOLESALE distributor
