Business price should be to commercial address only.

Business price discounts should only be available to commercial business addresses as defined by UPS/FedEx. I can see if you only ship small & light items that it wouldn't matter. But why give a discount on larger, heavier items that have to ship UPS/FedEx or LTL when you get nailed with residential fees, beyond fees & everything else? There can be a $12-$20 difference per box just to ship to a house.

I get it people work from home.....

Hi @Seller_R6O1Fg5v56ZkC,

You raise a good point about those extra residential shipping fees—they can definitely sting, especially on heavier items. But hey, no one’s forcing you to offer business discounts. Think of it this way: the business price is like bait for the big fish. Sure, it costs a little upfront, but the goal is to reel in business customers who tend to be the gift that keeps on giving.

Take tanning studios, for example. They’re likely buying in bulk, ordering a variety of products, and coming back for more once they see the quality. Plus, let’s be honest, no tanning studio wants to risk a customer meltdown because they switched to a cheaper pair of goggles that left weird tan lines. Investing in loyalty from businesses like these can pay off big time in the long run—higher volumes, repeat orders, and fewer price haggling headaches. So, maybe those business discounts aren’t such a bad deal after all.
