we recently created 3 ASINs in our account without issue, but shortly after, we were not allowed to list them nor edit details in inventory due to Amazon stating that they are not currently accepting applications to sell as follows:

we provided all the documents needed without any issues and we are already selling the products worldwide and in Germany without any issues. it does not make sense that we are not allowed to sell on Amazon if we pass all the regulations on Amazon.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with Amazon’s category restrictions.

We are not accepting applications to sell:

• Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
• Other Health & Personal Care category in Used - Acceptable, Used - Good, Used - Very Good, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
• Other Health & Personal Care category in Used - Like New condition(s)

Despite having all the official rights and documents to sell my supplement products, Amazon has repeatedly responded to my cases with:

“There is nothing we can do; we are simply not accepting new products in this category, and we cannot provide a timeline for when this will change.”

The strangest part? Out of my 25 SKUs, 3 are still live, which makes me wonder if there's a missing piece to this puzzle—perhaps an additional document or another way to approach this.

I’ve seen others experiencing similar issues, and I’d love for someone to really dive into this. I have a significant amount of stock from this brand, and I need to resolve this ASAP.

Has anyone successfully navigated this roadblock?

* Are there additional documents I should provide?

* Would going through a different approval channel help?

* Is there any way to escalate this beyond Seller Support?

I am brand owner, I report fake ASIN trying sell my product providing fake EAN, brand (misspelling brand name) and other information, or selling product with pencil to have different brand. Amazon deactivate my ASIN in error and keep fake ASINS active. When I asked to contact Catalog team and explain that other ASINS are fake, they... told me that understand that "you want to update information on ASINs: B094HG6R7D, B0D8Z46P1R"

NO, I don't want to update this fake scamers ASINS, I want to reinsted listing of my product and I preent you how scamers create fake listings of my product.
