Can I ask for a moderator to assist in escalating case 17296756491. We use Amazon Buy Shipping Service to purchase USPS shipping. We've just realized that all USPS labels purchased since at least Tuesday (and a few on Monday), have tracking numbers that were recycled and are already showing as "delivered" weeks ago to completely different addresses than the order we purchased the label for. This is going to create a number of order not received issues / claims and can impact seller health. Based on the discussions on the Seller Forums it's a widespread issue that need escalation ASAP. We're also not sure how we're going to get reimbursed for all of the Amazon Buy Shipping labels if we cancel them and use an outside source like Stamps to ship our FBM orders (and are we covered for OTDR and A-Z claims. There has been multiple postings on the Seller Forum for the last few days on this and the issue remains!
Can I ask @KJ_Amazon, @Jameson_Amazon or @Quincy_Amazon or @KJ_Amazon or
@Nano_Amazon
@Dominic_Amazon
@Cade_Amazon
@Manny_Amazon
@Micah_Amazon
@Danny_Amazon
@Cooper_Amazon
to assist in escalating and resolving this? we would all appreciate your assistance!
If the OP's claims are true, I too would like to hear Amazon's answer.
