We are a long time seller here on Amazon and in the last month or so have been receiving "Please review your listings" emails concerning 1 of our ASINs. Sometimes we get these 2-3 times a day for the same ASIN with the following verbiage :
---------------------------------
You are receiving this notification because we have observed customer complaints that a product they received did not meet their expectations or accurately match the description in your listing. Specifically, customers mentioned that the Product Detail Page was misleading or contained conflicting information. The items we received complaints about are listed at the end of this email.
Your listings remain active, but we encourage you to review the Product Detail Page and make any necessary updates to help Customers shop your products with confidence.
.....continues to list the ASIN in question
----------------------------------
Strangely enough, the notification is not on our health dashboard, so we cannot take any action on it. It do see it under our performance notifications. The item is a 4.5+ star product, with mostly positive feedback and no real problems. We've been selling it for over 5 years.
Anyone ever face a similar issue?

OK.... taking a quick look at some of your listings, I see the catch phrases the bot is picking up. many even from vine customers, 2 or 3 star reviews...
"Also, the product page is misleading, describing these rugs as “Luxurious Comfort”"
"I ordered the red color and it's more of a rust color."
"Much brighter in person than in the photos."
"Poor quality control - sides are unevenly cut and stitched"
"2 foot wide is not 22 inches "
"and it is not 3 feet long..2.5 I think"
.............................................................
Basically what Amazon is telling you, is fix your pictures and description so people know what they are getting and don't describe it as something it is not. Amazon does NOT like when customers get mad because pictures or a description promises something that they won't get. Don't describe a washable rug as "plush" when they are not. Adjust your pictures, so the colors are a better match to the actual product......
Hello @Seller_R8FId61ok7iK5,
It is really amazin that your fellow Forums members have given such great advice and suggestions.
Thank you @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC.
The only other suggestion I may have for you: Please take these Performance Notification seriously. As they do provide the ASIN, look into Voice of the Customer and pull up the actual Buyers complaints.
Make whatever changes are appropriate to resolve these issues, usually by following the advice of @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI.
If you need more detailed information for your specific issue, please provide an ASIN, Performance Notification or Case ID. Take a look at this: Voice of the Customer
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
