Hello, I sold a DVD to this customer on Sun, May 26, 2024, 7:09 PM PDT , and the customer wrote a one star negative feedback on May 29 , before receiving the order (order was delivered on Jun 1, 2024, 3:11 PM PDT), and the feed back was about deodorants that i never sell , please someone from Amazon help me to remove this negative feedback , this is a copy of the feedback and my reply ( which explain everything ) :
I received my order from this seller , and it was completely messed up. In the end, they tried to get away with selling me 2 deodorants for $48.12. I was supposed to get 2 packages of four for a total of 8. Thank God for Amazon's willingness to make this right and give me back my money.

Sorry for your disappointment, but I don't sell deodorants,according to your order ID 111-9521130-442334, I sold you a DVD (The Nude Bomb)on the May 26, 2024,and still on the way, and you didn't receive it yet, this feedback meant to be for different seller .
