hi admin, my case id 16691157111.
i lost my entire package in the FBA Warehouse , it contains 69 products.
tracking shows delivered at amazon warehouse, but they can not located the products. i open case few month ago. all they said is i did not submit enough documents, or my document does not matched the data. but my files are corrects . it is been approved. when i using this file for other cases.
i need to upload 15 invoice plus 15 products images to proof my ownership. but amazon case only allow me to submit 6 files total each time, so i have to upload the file in 3 different times, all under this case log.
however, amazon just keep saying i do not submitting enough support files. this is so disappointed , my case now no agent is following up. please someone can see this, please @ to admin to help me.

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
If this is not resolved after following the steps to reconcile the shipment, please let me know!
