  • Set clear goals: Define what you want to achieve with your post-Prime Day promotion. Goals could include converting potential customers, clearing out excess inventory, or enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Identify your priority audience segment: Use the trends and data available in the Customer Loyalty Analytics dashboard to optimize your campaign toward potential untapped audiences by creating personalized offers that are more likely to resonate with these customers.
  • Determine if you need a promotion code or coupon code: When using Brand Tailored Promotions and Brand Tailored Coupons, it’s important to consider which tool is best for your brand. If you want to offer catalog-wide discounts, use Brand Tailored Promotions (you can also exclude up to 100 parent ASINs from your promotion). If you want to offer discounts on a single or specific ASINs, use Brand Tailored Coupons (standard coupon fees apply).
  • Keep track of how your promotions and coupons perform: Be ready to adapt your discount strategy to align with the shift. This can include adjusting the discount amount, extending the promotion period, or prioritizing an alternative audience segment.
