Thank you for the the tag. While we can't intervene to change any dates as alluded to, I've reached out to the AWD team to see what they may be able to share. There is a good amount of traffic recently around similar experiences here on the forums, but as soon as we know more I'll be able to relay here and on the other related posts.

We reached out to our AWD partner team. They attempted to find an earlier appointment for that shipment, but were unable to due to limited appointment slots available at the AWD distribution centers. The shipment is still scheduled to be delivered to AWD on October 26th.

Just wanted to close the loop here. I've now heard back that the shipment has now closed and 159 cartons were received, and we understand that the delay in delivery will impact your business. I've been informed that while choosing live loads is typically the best way to expedite the arrival of inventory into our facilities, drop loads have more appointment availability and shorter inbound lead times. Moving forward, we recommend that you ask your carriers to use drop loads instead.
