My Account was decativated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

Hello Everyone,

I am new here and i got the mail below that my account has been deactivated.

''Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":

I just created the account and it was verified some days back, the next day of the verification, the above mail came in. I have not listed any products or gotten any order.

I further checked my Account Health Rating and it is Healthy.

I proceeded to upload my Electricity Utility bill alongside my Rent Agreement and my Marriage certificate to validate the name of my spouse on the bill and address but Amazon Keep rejecting it.

What do i do in this case. Someone should please help me.

Why was your account deactivated? You don't show us the whole message. Without knowing the reason, nobody can tell you if there is hope of a future on Amazon for you.

You have to copy and paste here the WHOLE email you got.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC notes, people need to see the ENTIRE message.

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Amazon has dozens of 'templates' that they use. It's possible the BOTS sent you an actual suspension notice instead of the 'sit tight while we examine your materials' version.

As long as you didn't lie or mislead Amazon on anything you should be fine in a few days.

Only send what Amazon has asked for. If you send more then what is asked for then Amazon will fail your submission because you failed to follow directions.

You will need to move a bill to your name for this verification or you will need to get a business license from your city/state.

As mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, this does sound like one of our standard verification requirements.

Additionally, what @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 is correct. We will require that you provide documentation that verifies you. Providing documentation in someone else's name and showing proof of association would still only verify the other person, not you.

If it is your name, then the documents must reflect your information. There really is not a way around this.

If getting a utility bill moved to your name is not possible then your remaining option is a business license.

Go to a mobile phone provider and make a cheap monthly subscription to your name, exactly how you put it in your account settings under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Adress".

These suggestions by @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, are likely to be the best options for obtaining proper documentation to verify you. Business license can be issued by your local state or government agency, and you can communicate with other service providers to move the utility into your name.

Once you have the required documentation, you can use the submit additional information option in seller central to ensure it is properly reviewed. You will also want to make sure your utility bill meets our requirements listed in the seller identity verification help page.

The verification process may also include an additional step after the documents are provided. We may require an in person verification call to confirm some information. I would also suggest reviewing the seller university videos on how to prepare for this in person call.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.

If you have not listed any product and your account was deactivated that means its required for double verification, Schedule your double verification appointment, Go to Performance > Account Health .
