Can not edit Identity Information

Hello.

Our account was deactivated during the process of company establishment verification for Value Added Tax (VAT) purposes. At the same time we were asked to provide required information on the Legislation Compliance DAC7. We are asked to update some details in our business and identity information on a DAC7 legislation compliance portal, but when Identity Information page is opened, we can not edit it. How can we edit business and identity information?

You need to contact seller support and ask them specifically to open up the window to allow the upload. i beleive this can be done by compliance on request.
