Brand registration & case and log requests

Two days ago I submitted my application for brand registration in the North America and Australia market places, and today I sent a message as “reply” to Amazon in “your cases and requests log” stating that “Can you please consider registration of my brand on UK and UAE market places where I just completed the registration of my stores”. The response I got was “your case can’t be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please please contact us“. However, I can’t send another reply!

In the actual application status it shows “pending review” where as in the “your cases and requests” it shows “answered”. Does it mean that my application hadn’t been rejected but I can’t modify it while in review?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist with your Amazon Brand Registry enrollment application.

First, your application is still being reviewed and in progress. You can only edit applications that are pending submission. (Please reference the Brand Registry application process help page. Specifically, the yellow highlighted note halfway down the page under the "Manage applications." section.

You can ensure the the other stores are added to your brand after successful enrollment in Brand Registry. Because Brand Registry is global, you do not have to submit another application.

Once your brand is enrolled, navigate to the "Manage," menu on the brand registry site and click on "Manage Selling Accounts." You can verify which selling accounts and which protection/selling roles are associated with each account as well as add account access to your brand.
